De'Audra Crawford is the founder of URHER LLC — a women's fashion and lifestyle brand celebrating Black women through products, books, and community — and now Boldly Hosted, the property management extension of that mission. As an HR professional, De'Audra brings operational discipline to a hospitality industry too often run on chaos. She built URHER from a single idea into a multi-product brand spanning fashion, publishing, and digital products.
